1. Specification & quote
We review the architectural documentation, bill of materials and site programme, and return with a full quote including production and delivery lead times within a few working days.
2. Factory purchase order
We sign the contract directly with the factory, agree samples, quality control protocols, export packaging and the technical documentation required on site.
3. Logistics & phased deliveries
We organise deliveries to the specific construction site — in batches, aligned with the work schedule and site needs. We coordinate transport, unloading, temporary storage and ongoing replenishment so the build never stops.
4. On-site delivery
Unloading in agreed windows, delivery protocols, handling of claims and top-ups. We stay with the project through the entire fit-out.
