Development Partnerships
Selected opportunities. Project-specific partnerships.
We do not acquire land with our own capital. We enter selected projects as a partner, contributing technology, engineering, procurement and delivery structure to build a feasible, costed project with the local partner.
Discuss a Development Opportunity01 — Who we partner with
Four types of partners, one shared interest.
Each side contributes its strongest asset. Our role is to bring it together into one executable structure.
Landowners
You hold a site with potential but lack the team, technology and supply chain to turn it into a project.
Developers
You are looking for a technology and procurement partner that shortens the build cycle and stabilises cost.
Investors
You want exposure to a specific project with a clear scope, schedule and cost model.
Local partners
You know the market, the permitting and the contractors — we bring technology, a European supply chain and project structure.
02 — What Tigaset brings to a project
Capability, not claims.
We contribute real operational resources: construction technology, engineering, procurement, logistics, execution capacity and access to local partners.
Technology & building system
Light gauge steel (LGS) and prefabrication — a repeatable, costable building system compliant with Eurocodes and EN 1090.
Engineering
Structural detailed design, solution optimisation and documentation for local requirements.
Sourcing & procurement
European supply chain and international sourcing — from structure to finishes and FF&E.
Cost modelling
Early-stage construction cost breakdown, solution variants and their budget impact.
Logistics
Phased delivery planning, international freight and coordination with the construction schedule.
Execution capacity
Installation teams, subcontractor coordination and fit-out capability for project-specific scopes.
International coordination
We connect team capability, supply chains and local partners in one delivery structure.
Tigaset does not provide regulated financial services and does not guarantee project financing. Capital structure and participation of financial partners are evaluated individually for each project.
03 — Partnership models
Flexible partnership models.
The scope is matched to the project — from a narrow technology role to jointly running the venture.
Technology Partner
We provide the building system, engineering and implementation support. The partner runs the project.
Supply Partner
We take responsibility for procurement and material supply across the build cycle.
Development Partner
We co-create the project: concept, cost model, technology, schedule and execution coordination.
Project-Specific Joint Venture
A dedicated structure for one specific project, with roles and scopes agreed up front.
Every model is subject to due diligence and separate agreements. An initial conversation creates no obligation on either side.
04 — Optional integration
Development combines only the capabilities a project needs.
A partnership may use one or several Tigaset lines. The scope is agreed project by project — there is no assumption that every opportunity requires the full package.

04 — Areas of interest
Project types we look at.
The list below describes our areas of interest — it is not a statement of completed investments.
- Single-family and terraced housing schemes
- Multifamily buildings up to 7 storeys
- Hotel and tourism projects
- Commercial and office buildings
- Residential projects in Uruguay and the Mercosur region
- Extensions and additional floors on existing buildings
05 — Process
Five steps from conversation to execution.
01 Opportunity
Initial conversation and project outline: location, scale, planning status, expectations of each side.
02 Assessment
Technical and logistical feasibility in LGS technology, plus an initial cost framework.
03 Structure
Selection of the partnership model and allocation of roles, scopes and responsibilities.
04 Agreements
Due diligence and contract documentation — obligations arise only at this stage.
05 Execution
Engineering, production, supply and construction coordination within the agreed scope.
06 — Submit Opportunity
Submit a Development Opportunity
Share the outline of the opportunity. We review each submission confidentially and respond with the partnership models that realistically fit.
